Why NANGA Custom Action Downloader

PROBLEM

The PTC Windchill RV&S (formerly PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager) client is installed locally on the user PC. Despite controlled distribution capabilities, there are administrative difficulties in rolling out custom scripts or applications to PTC Windchill RV&S clients within their own network.

SOLUTION

With the Java-based extension, all scripts can be managed on a central server. When the user accesses their account and a new add-on is available, the download is automatic and user-defined. All downloads are verified upon completion. This approach is functional even in restrictive operations. XML-based configuration and version control make maintenance quick and easy.
